SAP Security Technical Support

Requirements:
- SAP Experience: Minimum of 6 years of technical experience in role design and implementation of SAP role-based Security in all environments ( R3/BW/APO).
- Relevant Work Experience: Prior experience in support of Security implementations and developing security solutions for customers.
- Prior technical experience with SAP systems in a Development, QAS and Production environments
- Proven ability to work with multiple SAP Application specialists
- Ability to manage details
- Technical knowledge of SAP R3, BW and APO Application Security
- Access database knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall User Account Management ( creation/change/deletion of accounts)
- Overall User Role Management (creation/change/deletion of role)
- Adhere to established Program Application Security processes and procedures
- Review ticket to ensure correct category and ensure proper completion time
- Monitor and self-assign USD tickets as related to SAP Application Security.
- Provide 24 X 7 On Call technical support as scheduled in the call rotation for SAP Application Security
- Participate in special projects as they relate to SAP Application Security ( Yr end activities, System upgrades, etc)
- Assist Support/Development teams with Security needs
- Monitor and secure the Prod Environment for Security violations
- Monitor system parameters as recommend changes to Basis team
- Provide Technical assistance to the SAP Application Security team
- Create and Manage SAP transports
- Maintain Role / Plant /Position matrix
- Create and execute negative / positive test scripts
- Involvement in the build phase of SAP Application Security roles for future Deployments
- Provide technical solutions to complex security issues
